By creating an account or using EasySingil, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Service Description
EasySingil is a cloud-based invoicing and billing platform that enables subscribers to create, manage, and track invoices and clients. The platform provides tools for revenue tracking, client management, and business analytics designed for freelancers and small businesses.
3. User Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Users are responsible for all activities performed under their account.
- Accurate and current information must be maintained at all times.
- You must immediately notify EasySingil of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Credits
- EasySingil operates on a credit-based billing system.
- One (1) credit is consumed for each invoice created.
- New subscribers receive ten (10) free credits upon registration.
- Additional credits may be purchased through the credit request process.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Credits do not expire and remain available as long as the account is active.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful activities or to facilitate fraud.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system or other user accounts.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
- Interfere with platform operations, infrastructure, or security.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Resell or redistribute access to the platform without express written consent.
6. Data Ownership
- Users retain full ownership of all invoice, client, and business data they enter into the system.
- EasySingil does not claim ownership of customer data.
- Upon account termination, users may request an export of their data within 30 days.
7. Privacy
User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy. EasySingil implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
8. Service Availability
- EasySingil aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events may temporarily affect service availability.
- EasySingil will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
EasySingil shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. EasySingil's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
EasySingil reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose a security risk to the platform or its users, without prior notice. Users may terminate their own accounts at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
EasySingil may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Users will be notified of material changes via the application. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
