  • Account information — your full name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register.
  • Business information — your company name, used to create your tenant workspace.
  • Content you create — invoices, line items, client records, and any other data you enter into the platform.
  • Usage and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically to maintain security and service quality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the EasySingil platform.
  • Send transactional emails such as invoice delivery and credit notifications.
  • Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Improve platform features and user experience through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, under strict contractual obligations:

  • Row-level tenant isolation ensures your data is never accessible to other tenants.
  • While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no system is completely immune to security risks. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Cookies

  • EasySingil uses session cookies strictly for authentication and to maintain your logged-in state.
  • We do not use advertising, tracking, or cross-site cookies.
  • Third-party analytics are only activated if you opt in.
  • You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging in.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct — update inaccurate or incomplete information at any time via your account settings.
  • Export — request an export of your invoices, clients, and business data.
  • Delete — request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

8. Data Retention

  • Data associated with an active account is retained for as long as the account remains open.
  • After account termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for export requests, then permanently deleted.
  • Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via the application. Continued use of EasySingil after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
